Parker ZC piston seal combination

  ZC-type double-acting piston seal is an integral rubber - cloth seal to prevent extrusion of the retaining ring and two components.

  The sliding surface is enhanced with a special cloth, which makes even a long time under high pressure in a stationary state, the seal and the cylinder can also have the necessary lubricating film. This reduced the starting friction and dynamic friction greatly reduce dynamic seal wear surface.

1. Material:

Z5017 standard seal material is NBR-based rubber, the dynamic surface reinforced with fibers. W5001 collar material is polyacetal.

 

2. Application:

Mainly used for hydraulic support and tunnel equipment double-acting cylinder.

Working pressure: ≤500bar

Working temperature: HFA, HFB, HFC in +5 to + 60 ° C

          Mineral oils from -20 to + 100 ° C

Surface speed: ≤0.1m / s

 

3. Install:

It can be installed in overall piston. Not from sharp edges through the installation.
